147.2 today, waist just under 30" but not quite down to the next line on the measuring tape yet. Stomach a little upset after lunch yesterday. Not sure if it was the hummus, coconut milk, or chicken (which was processed/pre-cooked). Still going down, down, down, though. :) Will have to have TOM this week, though. Hopefully that will stop the spotting and get my hormones in order. I have been very stressed and emotional this week. Have coconut Brent will crack for me today. Migraine is trying to start - took a pill last night. Hopefully will get some coconut soon.
