So I was feeling really bloated and that probably explains the weight gain when i weighed in yesterday.

I fasted 18:6, ate small meals (but enough food) and weighed this morning.

I definitely feel less bloated.

The only thing I have cut out is pod coffee which must be the culprit.

And I wasn't drinking cappuccinos but espresso.

It's weird to me that that would cause the bloating but it's the only culprit I can think of.

Ah well, we live and learn.
