The scale did not say nice things to me this morning, but as I thought based on my review of my food journals for last week, I am not surprised. DH has his birthday today, so hope to get home a little early tonight so I can make him his special dinner and not feel rushed.

Happy Birthday to your DH. We all have our slip ups. You recorded those cookies, etc., so you are being honest with your food journaling. That is a big key. You will get there, I just know it.
