Woke up with a headache AGAIN today, but much less severe than the last couple days. I also FINALLY went to the bathroom for reals. I ordered a glucose monitor today because I'm thinking the morning headaches might be low blood sugar. I've completely quit the Mass Gainer. I'm not sure if it was the cause of my two miserable days, but I've been feeling a little better each day without it, so it's a pretty good guess. It's a little harder to meet my calorie goals (2800), but I've still managed near 2000 the last two days without it. My break even number is around 1600, so I should hopefully still be in excess. Weight is just kinda floating between 112-115, depending on hydration. I plan to call my doctor on Monday and hopefully get in ASAP to talk about the headaches and maybe get a bit more testing done to rule out anything particularly bad going on. All in all, my first week trying to eat my calories instead of drinking them has been difficult, but I've stuck with it, and I'm proud :)
