Scale is pretty wonky today. On one part of my bedroom it says I weigh in at 225.6 consistently and on another part (where I usually place it) it says 226.2 lbs. not sure which is accurate but I’ll go with the higher option just to be safe.

Remember ( as I too been reminded) that daily fluctuations are normal, exercise builds muscle which increase mass, and it is just numbers, what matter is how you feel and how your clothes fit
