I expected to see 224 today but did not expect to totally sklp it. Not that I am complaining but if there is fluctuation back up (a little) then I won't get freaked out over it. I am just happy that I continue to whittle it down. I may make my birthday challenge after all. I tried to make it reasonable.

Thank you! I was looking at some weight history from 7 years ago! Yes, I know that is terrible. However, I have a good idea of what I may expect and still have my goals set and marked out. Very excited to see how close I get to them.
