I'm actually happy I lost some weight. I guess the extra water weight from the snow crabs and ham is finally gone. I'm almost back were I started from before the car accident and from a while ago when I stopped for a long time.

Big Baby I have been trying to lose weight for about 4weeks now. I know that isn't very long and it doesn't seem to be working!! I was pregnant in 2012 and had surgery in 2013. I was wondering does has anything to do with the slow weight lost. I have cut back some, but I need some good advice on what would good to try. I really would like to learn to eat right and exercise more. I thought about 40 days cleanse diet.(NO MEAT!!!)

Cut the carbs fruit and veg are all carbs. Bring it down to 40percent of cal and increase protein to 40 as well

I'm on atkins so my carbs are mostly from veggies. No fruit right now (I could have a few types of them but I'm skipping for now) but you have to find a diet that works for you. Everybody is different and some people can lose weight doing low cal and some people do better on a low carb diet. If one way isn't working you can always try another. There are a ton of different diets. Just make sure that you give it a long enough chance to see if it's working for you. Good luck!
