woke up early and exercised fell asleep and missed supper can i call that a fast or is it a half fast? weight remains the same but clothes fit better and i feel good so im happy even if pounds are falling slowly. cant wait til my next challenge

That was Max we lost him a few years ago at the age of 15. this picture was taken the day we got him and that is a 3 inch flowerpot he is sitting in. the beanie baby dog was bigger than him then lol

I know how loosing a fur baby feels! My wife is unable to conceive and dogs are our kids. We lost one last year. Tiny toy poodle. She lived to be 19 years old. We've since got another poodle. Thanks for posting the pic of Max!
