Very small weight loss for this past week. The good news is I did not gain. Went to my miniature meeting yesterday and made a Tiki Bar. It is really cute. We have potluck lunch and it is always a challenge eating. I am learning to make the best choices I can and not worry about it. It is only once a month. It is still difficult however. Well this week will be better I hope. Just put one foot in front of the other and learn to adjust. Have a great Sunday.
