that was worst meal in a long time. fridge is freezing everything, I must of pushed the temp dial by accident. The sardines were terrible, at normal temp, frozen you could not taste as much how un appealing they were. I have an over active mouse on my mind, so didn't feel up to cooking, the left over canned sardines, I also had kimchee, not something I'd eat unless I had to . I had to, kimchee activates vitamin D, to not escort calcium into the walls of your veins to harden & cause a heartattack, with out the vitamin k, in kimchee , the vitamin D will go into the vein walls w calciu. It. goes into our veins & arteries to create drain pipe veins.
