After three weeks away, I'm back home. Back to my scale, back to my "normal" eating habits, back to tracking.
Not quite back to normal workout routines for this week, as husband's work/sleep cycle is jacked up due to a training schedule on European time instead of EST. This has him essentially working third shift hours that he otherwise wouldn't be, and sleeping during the day when I'd be making noise/exercising. Planning on trying to get up and move about more during my work shift (instead of being anchored to my desk).
