Thanks to being sick I am back at my last weigh in. That is pretty sad. I recognize that I never feel full until I am in food coma. That is why I can actually eat two meals back to back. Maybe I need to try to rethink that feel full to am I hungry? I am definitely doing it wrong that’s for sure
