uuurrrggg. this is not good. cant seem to get back in the groove. i really did not want to keep on with ww because i dont like the new program. foods that were "free" a few months ago now cost points. lost 40 lbs on the old program but this new program is just not for me. but cant keep going on like this. i would like to lose 30 lbs this year, so i really need to get back on track. i just holding my own. i need to see that needle move in the right direction!
