Weighed in early again this week. Down 3.2 lb in 6 days. I started out weighing on Tuesdays. Then it was Mondays. This week its Sunday. I'm kind of banking the days for when I need them. If I have a bad week, I can stretch my weigh-in out to Tuesday again to give myself some extra days to lose..LOL.

Thanks Misskiki. I broke my weight loss goals into 25 lb chunks. So 249.9 was my 6/30/22 goal. Once I hit that, I'll change it to 224.9 (my 9/30/22 goal). I like having these mini-targets to aim for. It helps keep me motivated.
