Apparently, I have not been strict enough with food. I need to lower my caloric intake by a lot. I'll log everything, and no matter what time of day it is I won't eat anything else. I won't eat anything starchy.
166,2 kg Bisher verloren: 9,8 kg.    Still to go: 98,2 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.
Zunahme von 3,2 kg pro Woche

I meant to say I won't eat anything else after 1500 calories.

Logging every bite and stopping at my calorie limit has been crucial to my success. Of course, there are 'off' days (but not many!) and I found that adding just a bit of movement/exercise/steps every day has made a big difference too. Best of luck as you continue to 'tweak' your program and set new goals 👏👍💙
