I hope everyone had a great long weekend. The weather over here was really nice and I really really enjoyed my bike riding. I rode between Friday and yesterday a total of 137 miles. Today I am taking a little break from the bike because my quads are sore and they need to recover. Will be back riding tomorrow for the next 4 days and take a break on Monday. Havent been to the gym like I said I was going to, just doing some little workout for my arms every two days or so with some dumbells I got at home. :)
