Decent loss for 1 week..had some challenges but for me they key is moving even more than what I eat because when I'm active I naturally gravitate towards better food choices. Enjoyed a burrito and some chip (and more chocolate than intended) on Friday but walked over 10 miles on Saturday and 7 on Sunday. The miles were broken up over casual walking, speed walking, and errands (hello, Costco!) Having a few more minutes of daylight every day helps as well.
For anyone intesested in increasing their step count, I highly recommend Pikmin Bloom app which is basically a fun pedometer with an optional collecting component. It also has a simple journal feature with daily photos and space to add comment.
