I've dropped my daily intake goal to 1200 calories.

Carol, do you feel hungry having 1200 calories per day?

For a while I did 1000 calories a day, just stuffed myself with cabbage, celery cauliflower , no meat, It just got so tiresome eating bland foods. lost 20kg in 3 months though

I’m cutting calories significantly because I’m too impatient to lose weight slowly. I think you just get used to being hungry as a normal state. I ignore hunger pangs now whereas before I would always eat when I was even a tiny bit peckish.

I basically eat what I want I keep in mind 1500 calories and I choose healthy options some days I'm under 1500 somedays I'm over and might be 1700. but I always try to make sure my portions and what I eat are healthy. I've cut out obvious sugers,and takeaways, also bakery foods they were my weakness.

Im doing the same,im going hard...get the weight off fsst and then try and maintain at a higher count....Love the days when im not hungry and i can go even lower....some people dont like losing the weight fast but it doesnt seem too make any difference too me...i just want it off them i will go upto about 1500 cals and see if that amount keeps the weight off

I see the food others eat & I imagine that are consuming so many calories, but they are still thin.

just be careful hun as once you go back to eating more cals it will put more weight back on. I try do 1500 a day with shakes and cleanse once a fortnight a single day or double depending on my plans for the week. and yes I feel you kookaburra song 🎵 thats how I feel too sometimes

More cals won't necessarily put on more weight, pkchewy, it would help with maintaining weight. I'd be dead by now if I stuck to my 1200c 😂 Happy on 1500c now.

Sorry spice horn I wasnt meaning we will put weight on because of low cals changing, I just ment that sometimes people go so low on cals its hard to keep to a maintainable cal level and is easy to binge eat when we feel like we missing out but Im the same as you had tried 1200 and it is do able depending on what we like to eat and ways to change food to be lower cals. Carol you doing a great job 19 plus cals lost you should be so proud of yourself. Bring on 2022

I have 5 siblings who are all thin ie sister is 5ft 11in and weighs 54kgs so I am definitely the fiat one in the family! 2022 is going to change that, I hope
