went on a mini vacation this weenend so not shocked about weight gain but started back on it Monday. doing good so far... i am feeling positive about the idea that just because i blow it (and by that i mean only a couple of slip ups[like the apple pie ala mode] for a dessert one of those nights...) but it was only after i ate a huge salad with mozz, cheese and tomatoes (AMAZING)I did make good choices for the post part though and i got back on the wagon with out the ususal beating up of myself... which i a feat in of itself!!!
this has to be for me a LIFE CHANGE not just a diet, so i have to learn to forgive myself for my mistakes!
