packing up to move to our new home. very difficult to track my every bite of food, for the most part i have been shying away from meats, but i have been eating a lot of wraps and sandwiches with rice and veg. my problem comes from the potato chips and chocolate that calms my nerves. so many things up in the air concerning the sale of my property and the purchase of the new. inspections and repairs etc. costs are mounting up and of course, like always, it boils done to money. very nerve wracking. have not been sleeping well at all. i am sure it will all work out in the end and will be fine. its just a little overwhelming for a few days.

Well one thing for sure is eat the same thing every day, caloric deficit will help and while packing throw some movement. Stress, use it as a motivator. Think about stress as your tax refund (if you get any or just imagine you did) you would like the end result!!!! #justsaying.

Moving is a great stressor in anyone's life. If you can't track every bite, give yourself a break. Sticking to the foods you know and always eat is probably not going to cause a lot of damage to your diet 👍
