I think I've reached a plateau. 😫 I'm keeping the same good eating habits and work out more than I did before yet I'm losing little to no weight/gaining some. Anyone else go through this ? How did you manage to break the cycle and start loosing weight again? I still have at least 30lb to loose... 😓

Looks like you lost 7 pounds in less than 4 weeks, maybe what you are experiencing now is thought distortion. Look back at your progress and you will see.

Don't forget to do a cheat day once a week to shock your body. Then go back to clean eating. It's very important to do that in order to avoid plateau

Thanks everyone, I appreciate all of you taking the time to comment. 😊 I'll work on my mindset and allow myself a few cheat meals here and there too. I've been so set on sticking to the plan that it gets frustrating to put so much effort and see that the results aren't what they used to be. 😅

7 lbs in 4 weeks is very good take the small wins Check to make sure you are in a caloric deficit as well do a little less cardio if you are doing more cardio and more weight training it will boost your metabolism You got this 👍

I lost over 30 pounds in three months and found that I was hitting a plateau after that it was very frustrating I didn’t want to write everything down that I was eating I didn’t want to work out every day so I just took a break mentally I haven’t gained I haven’t lost but I’m maintaining and when I feel ready I’m going to go back and start losing again sometimes I think you need that I was in a plateau before and it took a few weeks of me not dieting or exercising as much and when I got back I started losing again it’s just what worked for me

Increase fat intake and up water intake.

i would recommend looking at body fat percentage vs muscle mass!! if you’re working out more you could be gaining more muscle mass and that’s why you’re not seeing much weight lost! Goodluck

Plateaus happened. Just stay the course and don’t get discouraged.

Increase muscle mass. What’s important is not the weight lost, but your body composition.

I empathize😏. I’m documenting every bite, eating well below allowed calories, working out at least 6-days a week and still the weight doesn’t drop easily. I agree with EthanMorrison, we have to trust the process and be patient.

Do not forget to make cheat mil or day to avoid low calorie adaptation. Increase cardio time. Reduce carbs.

I was on a plateau for a year. Was very happy to maintaining and not gaining. Everyone breaks through differently. I recently switched to very simple, basic, clean food. most I can just grab and go like raw veg and such. I also switched out a few strength days and am alternating with cardio.
