I just need to remind myself that slow and steady is a good thing.
I'm looking better in the mirror. I'm developing better habits despite my home human consistently introducing trigger foods.
30 lbs to go to get back to healthy a weight. My original goal was to get to 220 lbs by end of March I think. If I can keep up the sustainable habits I'm good to have a decent looking body by this summer.
