I had such a busy day yesterday with appointments that I didn’t have time to eat! No wonder the big drop. I guess I could of ate road garbage (fast food) but all their options to eat wile driving are the rotten ones. I’m sure I’m gonna pay for it tomorrow. Thankfully today isn’t that busy so I should get time to cram something in. Happy Friday All!!

Maybe , if you know you have a crazy day coming up, you could try food prepping a few healthy meals and snacks the night before? It never works for me to just “not eat,” because when I finally do - I over-indulge.

I have tried that in the past and it worked most of the time. Other times I would forget I even have it with me lol. I honestly thought I was gonna have time between appointments but a couple were running behind. I’m gonna have to put protein bars in my vehicle all the time just so I have something I guess.
