Due to Ramadan Fasting (for religious purpose) I'd to make some changes in my food menu. I'm eating only two times at night. during day time, I'm fasting. Result is, my weight is stuck again. anytime I've some carb, my weight gets stuck. just hate this. I don't know what to change now. Maybe after 1 month I'll restart! Till then, I hope my weight doesn’t go up.

Maybe check out “intermittent fasting” ideas on Google? I’d recommend lots of fresh veggies; and your weight (in kgs) X 0.8 grams daily of protein to keep your appetite in check. Cutting carbs is a challenge for a lot of us - me too! 😊

@Grammmalaura I'm already fasting for 14hours a day for religious purpose. During this time, I don't eat or drink. Not even water. I'm eating only two meals a day. I take protein when I break my fast and Veg/OATS on the other time.

The Ramadan ( religious fasting) is for 1 month.

Not sure the restrictions on Ramadan, but eating fatty meat with some fruit will keep you satisfied long. The fat will slow down the digestion process. So right before you start you fast load up. Eating before bed can jack up your sleep so keep it light if you do. You could also use possible use black out blinds goto bed early if can & wake up 4hrs before sunrise. That way you can probably get at least 2 meals in. Then just fast for 20hrs. Or just sleep during the day if that’s aloud lol.
