Too much going out to eat. Moving from place to place trying to find stability but also going out to eat a lot with my family. I found that poor eating habits of friends and family is a pressure that I must avoid. Some people can go to woody's for lunch and italian for dinner I can not. I need to get back to the store and the back to the sometimes bland eating habits that have made me successful. I knew going out to eat last night was going to be a mistake. Even though I walked a mile there and back, I had four morettis, bread roll and 1 and a half large chicken breasts. People say that I should just start working out now and that 155-160 is a good weight for me. But I know that I set my goal and am only 7 pounds away from it. I need to meet my goal and then if I want to sit at 155-160 that's fine, I know how to put on weight.
