Hi Jmay1970, you are extremely pretty, the weight loss will come. Don't follow me for weight loss, for everything else perfect I can and will support you in every way I can. I have weighing scales for food and body but I seek a lot of food I should not eat. I only know this has to stop. May 16th last year was the last time I was at my target. But for ages now I have been around 4lbs over. So I do know I can get there but need a big push. SO READY STEADY PUSH.. Thanks 😊 my partner Jim tries, but he knows the kitchen is a no, no for me. Hello Merry me and thank you so much for the encouraging words. This weight loss journey is hard when you have so far to go. I know that with the right mind set and determination I can do it because I’ve done it before. I also weigh and track all of my food. I am a foodie so being strict and disciplined is not easy.
