Day 1 of juice fast done. That always seems to be the hardest...DECIDING! ! I used the NutriBullet to emulsify all veggies and fruits..quicker easier and far less waste! So it should be cheaper also cause it will go farther! ! Plenty of water to drink and added pea protein to shakes. No caffeine - so I had a killer headache, but feel better this morning! DOWN 4.2 LBS -great start!!
