I started to keep track of food I am eating again. Though it’s sometimes a pain to do… it’s extremely helpful in holding myself accountable. The nonchalant thoughts I have in my brain of, “oh that was just a few spoonfuls, it doesn’t count!”
It most definitely counts.

Until you start counting most people actually have no idea how many calories they eat in things they put in thier mouth without even registering it in thier minds. People who cook have a huge problem with this because we are always tasing in order to make adjustments. It adds up big time.
