Gotta love Atkins when I follow it precisely! Although yesterday was a very stressful day, I managed to stay on track,log all my food, NO alcohol, and lost some more weight - every little bit counts! Even if it's water weight to start, I already feel better, and my appetite is down, which is good :) Looking forward to the weekend and planning some menus now - today for lunch is lettuce with tuna, some mayonnaise, a hard boiled egg, and some no sugar added sweet pickles!
