I have lost an inch all over my body in just the last 2 weeks! I can do hard things!! Feeling grateful. one thing I've been doing,mentally, is treating my weigh ins like interesting data to analyze and see patterns rathern than becoming emotionally discouraged. saying, hmm, that number is interesting. I wonder how it will change, rither up or down based on so many factors.
