So i just logged into this account...and i am saying wow! That saying that i wish i was as fat as i thought i was back then?!? Def applicable now!!! Haha! I am determined to get back down there before my 20 year class reunion in Sept!!
I incorporated IF and of course, Atkins. TOday i did a 19.5 hour fast! Pretty proud of myself although i don't FEEL anything thinner YET!!! Then again, it's only been 2 days!!
