Today is the start of vacation, by this time tomorrow I'll be on a ship heading for warmer waters and beautiful beaches. here's hoping I won't get out of hand or gain more than 5-8 pounds 🤞 I know with the travel I'll be bloated, but I don't want to go off the rails with food and be miserable for vacation either. I got within 1.2 pounds of my 30 pound goal by vacation, pretty happy with that!
