I overindulge at a wedding yesterday. 3 drinks, a serving of chips, and a bite of cake. Then my family was hungry again on the way home, so I had egg rolls with soy and sweet and sour sauce, and a few sips off of my husband's large coke. I wonder if it is the salt or undigested food that caused such an immediate weight gain.
