A total FAIL! I had really hoped to make good decisions this weekend while away at camp. I KNEW that it would be hard... but when your options are pasta with meat sauce, pasta with cheese sauce, cheesy bread or brownies; it's not really a choice. I tried to eat small. I undulged a little just because I was away at camp, but for the most part, I ate small.
I'm hoping the 2 lb gain is water retention and that it'll be gone in a couple days. I'm going to vegetable/fruit detox for the next 3 days and see how it goes. But for now, I'm staying focused. I am working on my C25K challenge. I am eating the right foods. I will not give up.
