2022 is the year of patience for me. 3 wks down with vertigo ( gained 10lbs) 3 wks down from motorcycle accident ( gained 10lbs). You would think working in 90 degree heat I would be as skinny as a rail. Started little over 200 working to get to 184 again. I’ve done it before so I know I can do it again. Not fast enough ( patience my boy patience). Household is not diet friendly but I do what I can. A work out is a little challenging with 10-11 hrs of work and a dislocated shoulder but I’ll do what I can when I can
