Yesterday was another day in the soap opera of my life. I don't want to even talk about it. Calories 1,458; Fiber 28g; lots of water; only 3 Diet Coke cans; watermelon, cherries, honeydew, butter beans and mashed potatoes for fruits/veggies. Weight down 2/10 of a pound this morning, from 246.2 to 246.0. Still moving in the right direction, PTL. It is approaching miracle status that I have not gone off the rails with all the turmoil I've been going through, or at least had an extra Diet Coke.
111,6 kg Bisher verloren: 5,9 kg.    Still to go: 43,5 kg.    Diät befolgt: 100%.

So sorry for your troubles Debbie. You are handling all of this so well and the pounds keep dropping. Hope life settles down soon. 🌹
