TGIF!!
Told you I was losing really, really, really slowly. I won't bore you with the common chit chat about gaining muscle, water retention, when my last BM was (lol), or when I'm due for menstruation as we all know the body is a funny and mysterious critter. Next week I will be looking for a better drop. My pants, collar bones, and face all indicate that it is there so I will take the scale's reading with a grain of salt.
Bike ride yesterday really kicked my ass. It's funny because I was thinking along the lines of "This bike ride will give me a break from the workouts I've been doing" but I think the bike ride hit me harder! I did the same bike ride last week with ease, so I'm making sense of yesterday by thinking that my muscles were already fatigued from the workout the day before, making the bike ride even more challenging. Today I will take a real break and perhaps just take the dog for a walk.
I also need to grocery shop and start studying for my test next Tuesday. No rest for the wicked.
