I fasted the breakfast part of the day, had food around 1pm, walked about an hour at a brisk pace to the town centre and back to pick up my daughter from school.
Last meal was at 7:10pm
Was shocked to see 1.3lbs drop off me, with only walking. Excited about the gym on Monday!!!
