Woot! Really good scale morning!! ^.^ Surpassed my lowest weight by 1/2 pound. And just need to see 2.5lbs off by Saturday to make it to the 240's. I think stress has played a big hand in my steady weight number recently. Stress about my foot, and finances, and just household issues just all adding up. I've felt happier the last few days than I have in awhile too, so just goes to show you that a good outlook on life can effect weightloss.
In other news. Pretty sure I'm going to get the Wellness center membership for the next 3 months. It'll do well for us. Just a bit worried about the construction and remodeling they have going on though. Hopefully they'll be finished soon.
