I swear if any of you are middle aged and struggling, like I was for YEARS, I'm truly astonished with the results I'm getting from 16:8 IF combined with a 500 cal reduction, low carb, high protein and high good fat. *I've been very suspicious of the high fat part, but it's true, we need fat. I eat at 1 and 6. If I meet my nutritional needs, and hit my 40/40/20 macros, I'm too full to even consider snacks. (Endless late night snacking was my downfall.) Lately, I've been able to get in a daily 30 min walk, squats and some stretching. Hello Holiday Glow-up!! 🥰

Congratulations! I've been doing IF this past month and I don't eat until 11am or noon. The weight is dropping steady still and is easier to be in a deficit. However, I seem to be losing muscle this month. Progress pics don't look as good for this 3lbs of loss. I'm still getting 200g+ protein but feel weaker and look smaller. It does work for overall weight loss though. And if you or others are having success, keep doing it! I will switch it up again November 1st.
