My advice to myself every day is, do not to give up on your dreams. It's okay to feel frustrated, tired, or lose confidence. I accept all this "I'm still human" so take a warrior nap and be a little lazy, but then you have to get up and keep fighting. If I don't achieve my goals now no one will come and achieve them for me. Go back to your commitment and consistency. Don't blame yourself too much instead, fill it with love and acceptance, and remember how many difficulties you have managed. Last but not least "Don't forget to enjoy your combat journey". Life is a beautiful and amazing gift so enjoy every single day🤩🤩
