Found some old stats: When I was 135 pounds I was a size 6. My waist was larger and I was a little over 28% body fat. I also only had 97 pounds of lean muscle mass.
Now at 140 pounds, I have smaller measurements (size 2/4), am 25% body fat, and 107 pounds of lean muscle mass!!!
Now: Work, work, work.
