Thanks everyone and congratulations on your personal victories! The hard part will be to remind myself that it’s a slow process and I shouldn’t do anything stupid to quickly lose the weight. I know that unsustainable practices do not lead to permanent weight loss, consistent habits do. I am prepared for this to take several months, even though I want it gone NOW! My doctor wants me to aim for 3 pounds a month, which I think is reasonable. The thing that’s been working for me rather than a specific weight goal is working on staying out of certain benchmarks. I have left the 190’s, 180’s, and 170’s. I feel confident that I won’t return to them. I am working on getting out of the 160’s. Another NSV: I weigh 11 pounds less than my driver’s license weight!

I does feel great to fit in to clothes that u though u would not get into. When that happens to me I do a little dance step. Keep going forward👏🏼👏🏼
