Just get out of the house and go for a walk. Nothing to eat outside and it will give you time to shake off the cravings.

Holidays are hard for me, but I normally count calories and weigh/measure everything if it’s not a holiday. I refuse to count calories on Thanksgiving, Xmas, and my birthday!!

I count calories all year except Christmas but even then watch portion control. Hard to measure when you're not at home .
