Staying in the yellow zone for today. Yes, I'll take it. Feeling motivated toward my goals today. It took quite a while to get back to this mindset but I am enjoying feeling focused and mindful with every food choice. Something I noticed. I struggle most with wanting to go off track after 9:30 pm. I am a night owl and so planning for some flavorful tea, chewing gum or very low calorie beverage is important.
