Feeling good today. I think exercising, eating better, "pilates" this weekend, and a full night's rest last night have really helped my overall mood. Had a great workout last night, doing Zumba at work, then banging out 100 squats before the Squat Challenge I joined. Surprisingly, I'm not very sore...just here and there in my legs, plus some stiffness. Makes me wonder if I was doing it right at all! Lord knows its not because my glutes are in amazing condition (hopefully someday I'll have some I can be proud of)!

Tomorrow is Veteran's Day. That doesn't bode well for the straight and narrow track I've mostly been travelling. I do plan on hitting up Perkins (Magnificent Seven), 54th Street Grill and Bar (Hero Gyro), and Applebee's (Oriental Salad). Just out of curiousity, perhaps I'll input the info now, which will likely deter me from bingeing on the freebies!
