Hello All FC's, What's happening today? I have done 3 house cleans and two colleagues so home by 14. 20 lunch eaten 😋 1, 200 steps left to do. Will do indoors. I hope everyone has had a decent Thursday. it's our Ralph 4th birthday today, spending the day in London, he has been a few times before and loves his time there.

BACK !! Got side tracked after my Achillies injury, couldnt excercise the way i wanted to and lost a bit of interest. Well, Managed 2 x 6km walks this week so far, even managed a couple of short, gentle jogs tonight. Just going to take the excercise a bit slower now. Hope you ae all well :)
