These last pounds until goal of 150 are going to be tough. Especially this time of year. The plan is to maintain 157 (give or take a pound or two) through to January 2nd and then it is back to the straight and narrow. I am going to try to make choices of the treats I will be eating and not eat everything presented to me. I figure getting as much exercise as I can will be vital to offset these calories that await me over Christmas and New Year's. But on the other hand one is only human and should not be too hard on oneself if I gain a few pounds. I have taken them off before and will take them off again.
