Logging in a weight today cause of New Years, something to track the first and last day of the year with.

Highest weight of 2022 - 265 lbs
Weight lost during 2022 - 33.2 lbs

Goal weight for 2023 - I would to be 170-180 by September. I began calorie counting in September of 2022. I'm going to participate in a weight-loss challenge at work. Going to do it solo. It has weekly weigh-ins on Wednesdays, and it has a cash prize after 2 months I think. Something to do, something to try help me stay focused.

I'm getting back to my meal-prepping. I made my breakfasts and dinners for the next 2 weeks.

I'll still log a weigh-in this week on Wednesday.
