Had a crazy weekend, went out for my little sis’ bday and it was my first out to eat experience since starting this new food journey. I did ok, I did have a salad with tofu ( best tofu I have eaten!!). It was the alcohol that did me in, lol. I’m sure there was way more calories in my drinks than what I had eaten. Regardless, I had a great time and just being part of this new FS community has helped me so much… thank you for all your inspiring entries and great meal pics and ideas!! Good luck to you all :)
